• Free Sacred Shipping: via EMS, for orders over A$50, delivered within 15-25 business days

Please note that due to potential energy flow disruptions, we cannot ship to certain Asian countries or remote regions. During checkout, if your address is outside our service area, the system will notify you.

5.3 Shipping Risk

6.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days:

• Credit Card/PayPal/JCB: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
• MasterCard/Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
