Energy Exchange (Refunds)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days:

  • Credit Card/PayPal/JCB: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
  • MasterCard/Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
